- Description
- 1.� 35 CONS/PKB, Misawa Air Base, Japan, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for acquiring virtual crucial accountability and conversation training courses under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. 2.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611430, small business size standard: $12.0 in millions of dollars.� The required training courses are: 1).� Crucial Accountability-Tools for Resolving Broken Promises, ViolatedExpectations and Bad Behavior (U.S. Copyrights: TX0007835520. (formerly Crucial Confrontations which is also owned by VitalSmarts TX0007555816, TX0006082334) owned by VitalSmarts).� The contractor shall provide accountability training, providing content that teaches students a straightforward step-by-step process for identifying and correcting organizational performance gaps, enhancing accountability, eliminating procedural redundancies, and reducing employee resentment. Training will be provided to 25 students/members. 2). �Crucial Conversations-Tools for Talking When Stakes are High. (U.S.Copyrights: TX007423673, TX005575222, TX0007547587 owned by VitalSmarts.)� The contractor shall provide communication training, providing content that teaches students a straightforward step-by-step process for better communicating upwardly/downwardly in an organization. Training will be provided to 25 students/members.� 3). Train the Trainer Training:� A specialized training course shall be provided to 6 students/members, which is designed to develop them into trainers of the course content listed above. 4).� Additional Training Requirements:� Students will display their knowledge of course content by passing online tests. Teaching Styles: The contractor will use teaching methods such as video examples, group discussions, and interactive practice class sessions while teaching the course content mentioned above. The contractor is expected to have a minimum accredited certification to teach course material, the ability to certify new trainers and a Bachelor�s Degree in Communication. Students who pass this course will be provided with a certificate of completion backed by an accredited association. 3.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. 4.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. 5.� The government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. 6.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
