Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source � Cellular Based Consensual Monitoring Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management � Dallas intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Callyo 2009 Corp., 402 N. Division St, Carson City, NV 89703; for the purpose of procuring the Cellular Based Consensual Monitoring Services. The service required is a turnkey cellular based consensual monitoring service to support criminal investigations� The system must provide a secure storage for recorded evidence and a secure access portal to stored evidence.� Items to be delivered: 0001 - 3000 each Unlimited Use Lines, 12 Months; 0002 - 100 each Additional Lines Up to 100 Per Line/Year, 12 Months; 0003 - 1 each Annual System Fee, 12 Months; 0004 � 32 each Annual Sub Unit Fee, 12 Months; 0005 � 32 each Callyo Pro, 12 Months; 0006 � 32 Each Onsite Training, 12 Months; 0007 � 600 each 10-21 Video, 12 Months; 4 Option Year CLINS for each CLIN listed above.� Delivery Address: Lorton, Virginia 20598 and Period of Performance is 09/27/2020 to 09/26/2025. This solicitation document incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08.
