- Amendment dated September 2, 2020: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date and time for receipt of quotes to 3:00 p.m. ET, September 4, 2020. General Information: This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LQ-20-Q-0038 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, effective 13 August 2020. This procurement is being issued set aside to 100% Small Business, under NAICS code 334310 Audio & Video Equipment Manufacturing and PSC 5830 with a size standard of 750 employees.� The contractor shall provide the Virginia National Guard 29th ID Band with needed sound equipment to facilitate its mission to provide high quality professional level music to soldiers and civilians of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Salient characteristics accompanying this announcement outline specific requirements.� In accordance with National Guard Regulation (NGR) 601-1, paragraph 7-10, rental fees are prohibited and will not be paid. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor, whose quote meets solicitation requirements and is the lowest price.� The government will evaluate on the basis of information furnished with the vendor's quote; therefore vendors shall specify the product specifications brand name and number for each item quoted. Vendors who do not provide all of the required information with their quotes may be deemed ineligible for further consideration. To be eligible for award, vendors must have an active account registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of quote submission. All quotes shall be FOB Destination with the cost of freight/delivery included in the total price. Communication with the Government: � Questions. Any questions after the designated closing time may NOT be considered or answered � Quotations. Quotes submitted other than email WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
