Brooke Army Medical Center has a requirement for Histology testing with Immunohistochemistry, In-Situ Hybridizations, and Special Stains. The testing is currently conducted on Roche Diagnostics equipment (e.g., the Ventana). Vendor name (to include CAGE code and DUNS number), Point of Contact (to include email address and phone number), and business size under NAICS code 325413 (along with any socio-economic subcategories). 2. Documentation that demonstrates the vendor's ability to provide ALL Histology testing, as listed in the attached spreadsheet. NOTE: There are two tabs on the spreadsheet. The material numbers listed are Roche Diagnostics catalog numbers and are given as a point of reference / to allow for comparison against an interested vendor's own catalog. This documentation shall include information such as: a. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval where applicable; b. How the vendor's equipment meets or exceeds the salient characteristics on the attached spreadsheet and what tests (reagents/consumables) they are able to provide; c. Any software that would interface with existing Department of Defense information systems/networks in a medical treatment facilitymust havesuccessfully undergone the Risk Management Framework (RMF) review, and be in compliance with the Defense Health Agency guidance on this subject. Vendors shall submit either evidence of compliance with this guidance (to include a point of contact at a DoD facility that can verify that the model being proposed has gone through the process) or other acknowledgment they are willing and able to go through this process. 3. Timeline for installation of equipment at BAMC from official notice to proceed (i.e., number of days from receipt of notice to completed installation on site). Capability statements shall be submitted no later than 12:00pm (noon) CST on 10 September 2020 in order to be considered.
