- ACQUISITION DIRECTORATE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE WASHINGTON HEADQUARTERS SERVICES 1155 DEFENSE PENTAGON WASHINGTON, DC 20301-1155 SOURCES SOUGHT Intelligence Enterprise Software Services SLP0828201350 � The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) is issuing this Sources Sought in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d) to determine if vendors in industry can provide support services for the Open Source Intelligence gathering. The salient characteristics are listed below: ����������� The ability to ingest near-real-time social media feeds from Twitter and other platforms ����������� The ability to simultaneously search this data for customized Boolean data sets. ����������� The ability to analyze this ingested data and immediately present the intelligence graphically in� ������������� various formats, to include on geospatial maps and over time horizons. ����������� The ability to compute and highlight trend analysis based on the data sets. ����������� The ability to perform sentiment analysis of the data sets based on shifting online attitudes. ����������� The ability to distinguish between real authors and online bots which may be pushing ������������ disinformation. ����������� The ability to identify public reactions and significant events as they spike on social media. ����������� The ability to analyze all parts of online articles and search for keywords. ����������� The ability to export this analysis into comma-separated values for use in Excel. ����������� The ability to alert the Government of situations that warrant immediate attention. ����������� The ability to ingest and interpret data of most major languages. �Description of Information Requested. Please provide the following: - Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, cage code, DUNS Number and size and type of ownership for the organization; point of contact (name, phone and e-mail). Also include your company business size status, and any applicable Federal Supply Schedule(s) along with expiration dates. If you have a GSA Schedule, please provide it and the corresponding SIN. �- Detailed information that describes your company's capability and answers to the following question(s): a) Does your company have access to the source code, models, data streams and algorithms pertaining to the salient characteristics listed above? b)� The purpose of this effort is for operational and maintenance support, training, system enhancement, and documentation for the software. Does your company have the access and permission to perform software upgrades, hardware configurations and on-site support of the software you are recommending? - Your response to this notice is limited to ten (10) single-sided, letter-sized pages including all attachments, charts, etc. (single spaced, 12-point font maximum excluding charts and graphics). No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc.) will not be considered. Responders are encouraged to avoid use of excessive marketing lexicon, submission of brochures, and other unnecessary sales or product literature. What Should Be Included in Your Response 1. Do submit succinct, thoughtful responses to the questions listed in this Sources Sought. 2. Do submit comments that address the Government's requirements, assumptions, conditions or contemplated approaches to this future acquisition. What Should Not Be Included in Your Response 1. Do not submit proposals or offers. 2. Do not submit past performance information or general descriptions of corporate experience. 3. Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitation. 4. Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list. 5. Do not submit questions or comments not related to the Sources Sought. 6.
