- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Contract/Purchase Order for the procurement of 11 each Amplifier, NSN 5962-01-281-5398, P/N 121-159-0002. ��First Article Testing with Environmental Testing is required for 2 units.� After approval of the First Articles, the remaining 9 units will go into production. � This Amplifier NSN 5962-01-281-5398 is needed for the repair of the Next Higher Assembly of Circuit Card Assembly Pre-amplifier, IF, A4A1,P/N: 2251-10715-101 and the End Item application of a Radar Receiver RT-1441/APQ-166 Transmitter, P/N: �2251-10000-501, NSN 1280-01-228-3930 in support of the B52 weapon system.� Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit an offer/proposal.�� This notice of intent is for a Request for Quote (RFQ) or competitive offer/proposal.�� This acquisition is set aside for Small Business (SB).� All offers/proposals received within the thirty days after issuance of solicitation, or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered.� SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 15 DAYS AFTER THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THIS SYNOPSIS.� OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.� If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. �The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.� When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.� The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.� When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact Ombudsman Timothy Inman, at 312-472-4097.� Please be prepared to identify previous contacts made by you in an attempt to resolve your concerns.
