Description

***PLEASE READ THIS SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY *** ***SPECS AND PLANS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS SOLICITATION*** The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed-price, contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, via Invitation for Bid (IFB) with Definitive Responsibility Criteria. The Definitive Responsibility Criteria and Subcontracting Plan will be submitted within 24 hours of bid opening if you are the apparent low bidder. This project is to replace/upgrade affected portions of contiguous airfield pavements to conform to Air Force and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards. The work includes the repair/replacement of existing taxiways pavements, shoulders, drainage, signage, lighting systems, duct banks, paint and markings, re-align taxiways, and temporary taxiways. The project scope alsoincludes excavation, site preparation, striping, restoration of disturbed areas, storm water management features and mitigation measures, construction management services, airfield escort plus all necessary and essentialutilities and work to satisfy operation requirements associated with this project to include demolition. This is the third phase in a four phase project. This construction project will be solicited as unrestricted under the NAICS code 237310
