Description

SILETZ BAY NWR BUNKHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge located in Lincoln City, OR (Lincoln County) has a requirement to repair the asphalt shingle roofing for the station bunkhouse. The roof is approximately 1,785 square feet with a 4:12 estimated pitch. This requirement is being advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160 Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is less than $15,000.00 with a period of performance of 90 days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
