- Hill AFB's UTTR (Utah Test and Training Range) is leasing several items of heavy equipment in addition to the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the equipment as needed.�The heavy equipment and maintenance are necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Hill Air Force Base intends to establish a single award heavy equipment blanket purchase agreement with a Projected Period of Performance of 1 Sep 2020-31 August 2025. The below attachments are provided to aid potential offerors in preparing proposals: 1. Heavy Equipment Combined Synopsis Solicitation 2. Attachment 1_SOW BPA Heavy Equipment 2. Attachment 2_UTTR_Equipment Price List Please note all instructions and guidelines in the Heavy Equipment Combined Synopsis Solicitation, and be certain to complete Attachment 2_UTTR_Equipment Price List�when preparing a proposal or it will be rendered ineligible for award.
