Description

This is a Pre solicitation notice for a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 and the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department requires Janitorial Services in a health care environment at the Bob Michel VA Outpatient Clinic in Peoria, IL for a period of December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2021, with an additional Four (4) One (1) Year options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement as a Firm Fixed Price contract. This acquisition will be set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, with a North American Industry Classification System code of 561720, with a size standard of $19.5 Million. The solicitation will issue In September 2020 . Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management/support, transportation, supplies, equipment and materials except government-furnished space and utilities as identified in the specifications, necessary for the accomplishment of a ""fully-managed total environmental sanitation maintenance program"" to clean a 35,000 square foot single story building to identified minimally acceptable standards at the Outpatient Clinic as identified in this Statement of Work (SOW).
