Description

Intent of Solicitation:� The purpose of this solicitation is obtain vault toilet tank pumping and debris removal services for Cibola National Forest, Mount Taylor Ranger District, Grants, NM 87020.� All work on the national forest is covered by the Wage Determinations enclosed under Service Contract Act. Type of Contract to be Awarded: will be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract under the Commercial Items (services) format.� In order to be eligible for award, interested parties in doing business with the federal government shall have a DUNS number (Dunn and Bradstreet). If your company does not have a DUNS number, you may contact Dunn and Bradstreet directly to obtain one by calling 1-866-705-5711or via the following website: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform Online Registration of Government System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/SAM Is required to be completed by closing date of offers.� The Contracting Officer intends to make an award within 7 days of the solicitation closing date. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.� Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through http://sam.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220 ***REGISTRATION IS FREE*** NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code:� 562211; Total Small Business Set-Aside with size standard of $41.5 Million.� Product Service Code: S222. 4.� Basis for Award:� Award will be made under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). �Offers shall include a statement that affirms technical capability.
