Another update will be posted if there are any further questions from vendors beforeï¿½400PM EST 28 August 2020**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.ï¿½ This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.ï¿½ This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).ï¿½ This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07.ï¿½ This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a).ï¿½ The NAICS code is 488190 and the small business size standard is $35,000,000.00.ï¿½ The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; The 305th AMW requests corrosion control, return to accurate livery, and preservation the C-118A Liftmaster for use as a historical display on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. All standard performance requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. All applicable provisions and clauses for this acquisition are listed in the attached Provisions and Clauses document. A site visit will be held for this procurement. **To gain base access, send an email to the Contract Specialist listed below with a filled out copy of the attached Entry Authority Letter (SFFL 4 Short Term EAL Form) no later than 24 August 2020 at 1:00 PM. Late requests may not be granted base access. Site Visit Date: 26 August 2020 at 1:00 PM.ï¿½Please meet at 1706 Vandenberg Avenue, JBMDL, NJ 08641 no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
