Description: SCOPE OF WORK The USCG owns a home located at 4593 Ehako Street Kalaheo, HI 96741.� We are looking for a vendor to provide the labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the gutter and downspout system on the entire home. DETAILS OF WORK Remove and properly dispose of the old gutter system. Replace the existing gutter & downspout system around the entire house Provide and install a new 5 inch, metal, seamless, gutter system.
