Description

SITE VIST: Due to the number of RFI questions, a site visit will be held on Friday September 4,2020 at 10AM CDT. The facility address is : VA Iliana Healthcare System 1900 East Main Street Danville Illinois 61832 Due to the COVID Restrictions, contractors are required to report to Building 102 for a temperature and wellness check. Those that have a temperature above 100.4 , will not be allowed access to the facility. Contractors are required to wear a face mask at all times within the facility. Contractors shall then obtain a Visitors badge at Police Service in Building 102. The Site visit shall be begin in Building 64, Room 2 at 10AMCDT. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the suite visit to allow for the health check and obtaining of the Visitor badge. Quotes shall now be due on Monday September 14,2020 by 12PM CDT. Additional RFI responses What year do you want the 5-year internal obstruction testing to be completed? Internal Inspections were conducted May 2019. - Quantity of standpipes There are 9 Standpipes with flow test - Will the standpipes need to be flowed from the rooftop? Standpipes will not be flowed down from the rooftops
