- Attached are the initial responses to the questions/comments submitted by industry in response to the Next Generation Load Device- Medium (NGLD-M) Draft Request for Proposal posted on 31 July 2020. The attached Excel document contains the Governments responses to the submitted questions/comments as of 27 August 2020. The remaining questions/comments will be addressed prior to the release of the final solicitation. Please continue to monitor BetaSAM.gov for updates. Due to the amount of responses received from the draft RFP posting, the Government is conducting one- on- one sessions with interested vendors for the NGLD-M draft RFP.� The Government will conduct one-on-one meetings with vendors between 1 Sept and 4 Sept 2020.� The one-on-one sessions shall not exceed one hour.� The Government requests that interested vendors submit their critical concerns or read aheads at least 24 hours prior to the requested meeting time.� The interested vendor is responsible for establishing the means of communications with the government.� If interested in a one-on-one discussion please contact the Contracting Officer, Shannon McBride @ Shannon.m.mcbride6.civ@mail.mil and Contract Specialist, Dionna Britten @ dionna.p.britten.civ@mail.mil.
