No further extensions will be granted for this requirement. Amendment 4: Issued to extend solicitation close date until 11 Sep 20.� This is a full and open requirement. Amendment 3: Will not be utilized for this requirement. Amendment 2: Issued to extend solicitation close date to 15 Jun 20. Amendment 1: Issued to correct the email address to obtain the DMWR. OVERHAUL AND UPGRADE OF THE CYLINDER AND PISTON ASSEMBLY The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: UH-60 Cylinder and Piston Assy INPUT NSN: 1620-01-421-0890/1620-01-625-2795 OUTPUT NSN: 1620-01-625-2795 INPUT P/N: 70250-13101-044/70250-13101-046 OUTPUT P/N: 70250-13101-046 ESTIMATED QUANITY RANGE: Minimum 200 each � Maximum 1,200 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 200 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These items are noncommercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1620-243, Revision Date: 06/15/2018, No Change #, is available for this overhaul. This NSN is a not critical safety item, therefore this requirement can support a competitive solicitation.
