Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source �Law Enforcement Surveillance Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management � Dallas intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Aardvark, 1935 Puddingstone Dr, Laverne, CA 91750; for the purpose of procuring the Loki MK2. The Loki MK2 is a proprietary commodity manufactured and sold by Aardvark.� Items to be delivered: 0001 40 each Loki MK2 Sets, 90 Days ARO; 0002 Freight.� Delivery Address: Lorton, Virginia 20598 and Delivery is 90 Days After Receipt of Order. This solicitation document incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.
