- Special Instructions� The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to provide new asphalt and striping in accordance with specifications below. �Work will take place at Laurel Branch Recreation Area located in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 30 calendar days after the NTP.� LOCATION:� DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY� U.S. Army Corps of Engineers� Rough River Lake� 14957 Falls of Rough RD� Falls of Rough, KY 40119� This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction ($39.5 Million). � Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government.
