Description

West Side Visitor Center and Maintenance/Housing Area Paving, Pinnacles National Park, San Benito County, California. This Amendment 0001 alerts interested parties that an organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Participants will meet at the West Visitor Contact Station, Pinnacles National Park, Chaparral Rd., Soledad, CA. NOTE: This is the WEST entrance of the park (not the east entrance). Exit Highway 101 at Soledad. From downtown Soledad, take East St. to Hwy 146 (Metz Rd. and Shirttail Canyon Rd.) Follow Hwy 146 to end at park entrance. The West Visitor Center is just inside the entrance. Meet in front of the building by the flagpole. Attendance at site visit is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. If attending, RSVP required is to Alanna Gardner at 415-464-5197 or alanna_gardner@nps.gov. Include your company name, name of attendees, job titles, and phone numbers with your RSVP. All attendees of site visit are requested to adhere to social distancing guidelines as recommended by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at cdc.gov and conform to all current local government and park regulations. Facial coverings are highly encouraged, including while outdoors in public spaces when maintaining a physical distance of 6 feet from persons who are not members of the same household or residence is not feasible.
