Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � S&P GLOBAL MARKET INTELLIGENCE LLC � COMMITTEE ON UNIFORM SECURITY IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES (CUSIP) NUMBERING SERVICES � U.S. TREASURY, BUREAU OF THE FISCAL SERVICE � SS-FSA-20-0116 The U.S. Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) intends to make award on a sole-source basis to S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC, 55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041, for Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures (CUSIP) numbering services at a facility in Parkersburg, West Virginia.� The award will have a twelve-month Base Period of Performance with four (4) Option Years. S&P Global Market Intelligence is the only source for CUSIP numbering services. Fiscal Service will consider written responses in accordance with the instructions below.� Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly proves the respondent to be capable of providing CUSIP numbering services and must include the information described below.� If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, is more advantageous to the Government, contains all of the information described below, and is received by the aforementioned deadline, Fiscal Service will make award on a sole-source basis to S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.� A request for more information, or a request for a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this special notice.� Telephone responses or inquiries to this special notice will NOT be accepted. Qualified vendors shall provide the following: 1. The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone, etc.), based on NAICS code 522320, size standard $41,500,000.00.� Contact information shall be included which contains the point of contact, e-mail address, and telephone number for any Government questions. 2. Whether your services are available through a Government contract vehicle or open market and if through a Government contract vehicle, the name of the vehicle and the contract number. 3. A brief capabilities statement, not to exceed five pages, that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, and a list of customers to which your company currently provides these CUSIP services. 4. DUNS number and CAGE code. Responses to this request shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon EDT on Thursday, August 27, 2020 to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov ATTN: JDS/BW. �The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice.
