- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Yuma Sector Border Patrol�requires�one computer numerical control (CNC) plasma table for retrofitting vehicles and trailers and�facilitating the production of signs and other infrastructure components. The plasma table, which shall be equipped with a compressed air plasma torch cutter,�shall have a surface area large enough to process a full 4� x 8� sheet of �"" mild plate steel and may not exceed either 114"" in length or 74"" in width.� Required accessories include�a laser pointer for visualization of the test cycle and�a plate maker for pneumatic engraving.� This will be a firm-fixed-price contract.� The required delivery time�is 60 days after receipt of order (ARO). This Request for Quotations (RFQ)�is set aside for small business concerns.� Quotes will be evaluated using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection�process.� The applicable NAICS code is 333992 - Welding and Soldering Equipment Manufacturing.� The corresponding size standard is 1,250 employees.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.� Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
