Description

The Contractor shall provide two (2) ultra-stable oscillators that meet the following specifications: � Short-term stability:1E-13 at one (1) second and 8E-14 from three (3) - 30 seconds Allan Deviation (ADEV) � Frequency 10 Megahertz (MHz) � Phase noise: Negative (-) 130 relative to the carrier in a 1-Hertz bandwith (dBc/Hz) at 1 Hz), -150 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz, -157 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz, -160 dBc Hz at 1 kHz � Frequency stability: Plus or minus (�)5E-11 over zero (0) to 50 Celcius � Ageing: �5E-11/day �50 parts per trillion (ppt) � G sensitivity: � one (1) parts per billion (ppb)/gram (g) � Volume: less than (<) two (2) liters � Manuals: Necessary documentation and manuals describing operation (including acceptance reports)
