The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Matsys, Inc., 45490 Ruritan Circle, Sterling, VA 20164 for two (2) High Energy Ball Milling Systems (HEBMS) that include delivery, installation and training at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5066.
