Requirement to be awarded using an ""All or None"" evaluation and/or based on the ""Best Value"" proposed. The Evaluation Factors consist of�Technical Criteria, Past Performance, Price and Delivery�listed in Section M. � All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and historical invoice for the same/similar items must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government. Please email lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 5:00 PM EDT 04 September�20 in order to be considered for contract award. Questions should be submitted prior to RFQ closing date on 09/04/2020.
