Description

UPDATE 8/24/2020: The RFP has been Amended to include an extension to the RFP reponse date, and to attach Errata for the drawings, while (10) zip files of photos of the site have also been attached to this solicitation. Any inquiries for the CADD drawings of the spiral staircase can be requested by emailing jonathan.gellings@usda.gov, as they can't be attached in this system. Further, any information about potential use of the nearby public use cabin by a future vendor can be viewed at Recreation.gov. To provide final�clarity, it is possible to receive all 3 incentives, as they are not mutually-exclusive. UPDATE 8/19/2020: The RFP has been Amended. This Amendment removes the 95% drawings, and replaces them with the 100% construction drawings and associated specifications. Vendors are encouraged to review the new attachments, and to ask any pertinent questions related to the project either before or during the upcoming teleconference on 8/24/2020. UPDATE 8/6/2020: The RFP has been Amended. Among the seven (7) changes described in the Amendment 001 attachment is an extension of the proposal due date until 8/27/2020. Another pre-proposal meeting will be held on 8/24/2020 at 11:15 local Alaska time via teleconference as described in solicitation provision AGAR 452.237-71 (Location: Teleconference � (888) 844-9904; participant code - 3729256), and vendors are reminded to use the attached Bid Bond form (SF 24-16d) for this RFP. We anticipate uploading the 100% construction drawings here on 8/18/2020. UPDATE 7/13/2020:� The Request for Proposals (RFP) document was replaced this morning (previous version was deleted).� The original document had the incorrect proposal due date in the text of the SF-1442. ******************* This solicitation is for the Anan Wildlife Observatory�Reconstruction Project.� See the face of the SF-1442 (pages 1-4 of the solicitation)�for important information including�bond requirements, pre-proposal conference date and time, proposal due date and time, registration in the System for Award Management, submission of questions, etc.
