� GSA Public Buildings Service CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES Template for out-of-scope expansions mandatory for expansions that are determined to be outside the scope of the lease where the total requirement (original and expansion) Exceeds 10,000 aboa sf do not post ADVERTISEMENT for expansions DETERMINED to be within the scope of the lease. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Fort Myers Delineated Area: CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 739 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 853 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: N/A Firm Term: N/A Option Term: 3 years Additional Requirements: N/A Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be based on the results of the RESPONSES to this ADVERTISEMENT and additional market research (e.g., costar database searches, gsa listing files, etc.). Consideration of �non-productive agency downtime� in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Fort Myers, FL that will be expiring on 8/31/2020 The Government intends to negotiate a three-year renewal option for 739 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive.
