- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N0024420Q0187 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561622 with a small business size standard of $20.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2020-09-03 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time. Includes extended strike plate, standard dress plate, and mortise stabilizer, 96, EA; LI 004: Ilco 790 Outdoor Gasket 5-Pack, 2, EA; LI 005: Ilco 790 Electronic Exit Trim with Panic Bar- Ultra Satin Chrome- Building 4015 Entrance., 2, EA; LI 006: Ilco 790 Electronic Cylindrical Lock - Satin Chrome - Building 4015 Entrance/UH common area - Building 4015 Entrance/UH common area, 5, EA; LI 007: Ilco RFID Mini Resident Key Card, 1000, EA; LI 008: Ilco RFID Employee Key Card, 50, EA; LI 009: Ilco RFID Lock Audit Key Card, 25, EA; LI 010: Ilco Mifare Staff Key Fob, 25, EA; LI 011: Ilco USB Printer, 1, EA; LI 012: Ilco FDU4 Encoder to 790 Locks, 2, EA; LI 013: Services: Remove 96 existing mortise locks and replace with new Ilco 790 mortise locks at NAF El Centro, California. Remove 2 existing exit trim locks and replace with new Ilco 790 exit trim locks. Remove 5 existing cylindrical locks and replace with new Ilco 790 cylindrical locks. Install all softwares and hardwares. Provide FDU training onsite to housing staff. Provide installation, repair, trouble-shoot training to housing staff. Removal, disposal, and cleanup of waste produced during install of locks. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - San Diego is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes.
