- Amendment 0002 is as follows: Update Attachment 2 - Specifications - Section 333110 Part 2 - Products Subpart 2.4 Meter Boxes A. Meter Box Paragraph 3 now states: Meter box (16""x10 �""x12"") shall be Model 170114, 12"" high standard meter box with green sewer cover, as manufactured by MacLean HighLine Fort Mill, SC 29715 Phone: 803-628-4380 Website: www.highlineaccessboxes.com Amendment 0001 is as follows: Extend the solicitation due date to August 27th, 2020, 3:00PM MT and to provide additional details in Section L-4, (b)(3) under Project Management. The HETF - Pu' u Wa'awa'a Renovation project consists of remodeling two existing buildings at Pu�u Wa�awa�a Hawai�i: a meeting house and a nearby bunkhouse (optional item 6). The base work will focus on: 1) the site work, 2)mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for the site, and 3)the meeting house�s upgrade to accessible toilets, deck, kitchen remodel, and cosmetic fixes that include flooring, and refinishing the interior and exterior walls. The meeting house�s toilet remodel will include tying in a new concrete slab to the existing slab. The meeting house work involves reconstruction of the covered porch. The bunkhouse�s accessible entrance and deck are included in the base items.� Site work includes: parking lot construction, electrical upgrades, water and sewer line upgrades, propane systems, and adding an accessible entrance and deck to the bunkhouse. Optional work will include installation of the photovoltaic system and renovation of the bunkhouse.�� The photovoltaic system includes the installation of photovoltaic panels, batteries, and automatic transfer switch.� The bunkhouse�s focus is also accessible compliance with renovation of the restrooms and main floor bedroom and the same cosmetic fixes as the meeting house. The allotted time for this contract is 180 days from the notice to proceed.� Pre-Proposal Site Visit is scheduled on July 28, 2020.� All participants must RSVP by July 27, 2020 by contacting Anthony Salas at anthony.salas@usda.gov. Site Visit - Location to meet will be at the parking lot just inside the main gate to Pu'u Wa'awa'a Cinder Cone State Park & Pu'u Wa'awa'a Ahupua'a Trail head off of Mamalahoa Highway.� The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 236220. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around July 24, 2020. �The solicitation due date is anticipated to be August 24, 2020 at 11:00 am MT. �Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by August 17, 2020 to Anthony.salas@usda.gov.
