- This is a Solicitation Notice of the U.S. Government�s intent to issue a solicitation for� construction and renovation services at the Royal Bahamian�Police College�in Nassau, The Bahamas . The order of magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,00,000. The estimated period of performance is: 180 calendar days This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures. The project consists of the renovation of four (4) buildings totalling�approximately 20,000 square feet. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The Royal Bahamian Police Academy site is located at Latitude N 25� 03� 20.8�, Longitude W 077� 22� 03.7�.� The buildings are located in the suburbs.� See attached solicitation and its supporting documents for detail. **IMPORTANT SCHEDULES** Pre-proposal and Site Visit Attendance is due by 10:00 A.M. EDT on July 27, 2020 The Pre-proposal Conference�will be held�July 29, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. EDT The Site Visit will be held July 29, 2020, immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference Questions are due August 6, 2020, by 12:00 P.M.
