Description: This contract is for a Grid step software upgrade and system maintenance. Elcon Inc. has proprietary knowledge of the current control system, and knowledge on how to fix the grid step issue to achieve efficiency. Elcon Inc. also retains the proprietary code and intellectual property for the M16 Dynamometer Control System that requires an adjustment at Aberdeen Test Center. No other company has factory trained certified field service technicians to update, upgrade and service the systems. Elcon, has acquired the rights and knowledge to upgrade the M16 Dynamometer Control System; to make the existing control system work flawlessly, and easier on the dynamometer operators, enabling it to keep the efficiency in operation with the new control system.
