- Description
- The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Syndaver Labs Inc., Tampa, FL, 33034. This notice is not a request for competitve proposals; however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses. The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) requires, via this SOW, a vendor to perform 1) reinforcements to the skeletal structure, via novel tooling development, and 2) modifications to the synthetic musculature to better match the dimensions of a typical soldier, such that the mannequin is suitable to be used for junctional tourniquet test and evaluation.
