Description

Dear Industry Partners, We wanted to provide you with an update on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services requirement.� As we indicated in the previous notice posted on August 4, 2020, the DHS Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) are hosting a DCCO Industry Day II (virtual).� The goal of the virtual Industry Day is to follow up on the previously issued draft solicitation documents and discuss the Industry provided feedback. �Due to the valuable feedback provided by industry, the Government needs additional time to review the responses and recommendations submitted on draft solicitation documents.� As a result of the additional time needed, the industry day previously scheduled for August 27th, 2020 is moved to Thursday, September 10, 2020.� NOTE:� The deadline for registration has also been extended (See Below). The below high-level notional timeline outlining upcoming key procurement milestones as well as Industry engagement opportunities has been revised as follows: Industry Day II (Virtual): �September 10, 2020 (11:00 AM � 12:30 PM). One-on-One registration: September 11, 2020 through September 14, 2020. One-on-One meetings (Virtual): September 16, 2020 through September 23, 2020. DRAFT Final Solicitation Released: Late-September 2020. Final Solicitation Released: Mid-October 2020. Proposal Due Date: Mid-November 2020. Anticipated Award: Early January 2021. Registration Instructions: Registration is required for each attendee.� Industry partners are limited to no more than three (3) individuals per company. � The deadline to register has been extended.� If you are interested in attending the DCCO Industry Day II Webinar, please register at the below link no later than Tuesday September 8, 2020, by 5:00pm eastern time.� Reservations through any other means will not be accepted or allowed. https://cvent.me/xqROe3 A follow up email will be sent to confirm your registration and provide specific Industry Day II Webinar attendance instructions on or about Wednesday September 9, 2020.
