Description: This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is advertised as a competition.� Naval Air Warfare Center � Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is issuing solicitation number, 1300872502, as a request for quotes (RFQ) for the procurement of HS-120 Frequency Converters.� The equipment supports the CH-53K Winch Pallet Kits, and is required for the testing and evaluating of kits.�� The Government intends to award a contract on a Competitive- Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis for this procurement.� THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED AS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� REQUIREMENTS: �Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following items:� 1 HS120 Frequency Converters (3 each) SPECIFICATIONS: see�attachment NO ALTERNATES WILL BE CONSIDERED � �All items must be new and all quotes must be for all items as stated, no substitutes, prototypes, demonstration models, used or refurbished equipment will be accepted and partial quotes will not be considered for award.� Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. An offer using a sliding price scale or subject to escalation based on any contingency will not be accepted. �Award will be made to only one vendor.
