- Description
- This solicitation is for LM-1800PD Lensmeter or Equal for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order as a result of the solicitation. �It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. �Purchase Order will be issued using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation techniques. �All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award. �Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Technical Factor. The quoter must demonstrate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation by submitting a written quote which addresses compliance with each of the following technical factors: Subfactor 1:� The delivered equipment shall be new and not a used or re-manufactured product. Subfactor 2:� Equipment must have a minimum warranty of 12 months. Subfactor 3:� Equipment must comply with German electrical requirements of 220V/50Hz and have a European two-prong power plug. Subfactor 4:� Equipment must meet all salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics of the LM-1800PD Lensmeter or Equal: Equipment must �������������� be capable to measure to 0.25 Diopters or better, �������������� be capable to measure lens sphere, cylinder, axis, and prism power, �������������� be capable to measure Pupil Distance, �������������� have automatic lens detection, �������������� have a built-in eye care IC card reader, �������������� have a built-in printer with automatic cutter, �������������� have maximum unit dimensions of Width 10 inch x Depth 12 inch x Height 20 inch to fit into current location, �������������� have two (2) operators and service manuals included.
