Description

Amendment 0001 Updates language under the solicitation for site visit information. The updated language begins on page 39�of the updated Solicitation. In addition, Solicitation Attachment 2 - Site Visit Schedule, has been uploaded to this�beta.sam solicitation posting.��The proposal due date has been extended to Thursday, September 11, 2020 3:00PM ET.� Please note that it is the Government's intention to proceed to the next site visit location immediately follwoing the conclusion of the last.�� Please review the amendment and its attachments in their entirety. The U.S General Services Administration requires elevator operation and maintenance services, to include preventive maintenance, emergency and non-emergency service calls, testing, and repairs, at federal buildings throughout Region 1 for elevators, escalators wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. These services (collectively the�""Elevator Program"") are split into three seperate solicitations�as follows;� The North Group consists of all elevators in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. The Boston Group consists of four buildings located in Boston, MA. The South Group consists of Massachusetts (excluding Boston), Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This solicitation 47PB0020Q0010�is for the� North�Group (ME/NH/VT).� The South Group (MA (excluding boston)/CT/RI) Solicitation can be found under beta.sam solicitation posting#47PB0020Q0002. The government anticipates that the Solicitation for�Boston (Boston, MA) Group (47PB0020Q0012) will be posted not later than�7/31/2020.� The North Group Site Visit schedule, which is this solicitation posting, will be added as an amendment at a later date.
