Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued.� Further, Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation.� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide 8 hours/5 days a week audio visual equipment maintenance and technical support on five existing Audio Visual (AV) systems on Dobbins ARB as defined in the�Performance Work Statement (PWS).�Locations of systems are Building 838 Room 2107 (Wing Conference Room), Building 838 Room 1214 (Command Post), Building 838 Room 1202 (Heritage Hall), Hanger 5 (Bay), and Building 819 Deployment Control Center. Period of Performance: �Base Year (12 Months)� plus four (4) Option Periods.�
