Description

USDA Forest Service, R-3 Southwestern Region, Tonto National Forest/Mesa Ranger District, has a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Refuse Services � Tonto National Forest, northeast of Mesa, Arizona.� Service to provide and empty 30 � 50 dumpsters per statement of work included herein.� Locations to include: Canyon Lake recreation areas: Acacia Recreation Site, Palo Verde Recreation Site, Boulder Recreation Site, Laguna Recreation Site, Tortilla Administrative Site, Tortilla Campground Saguaro Lake recreation areas: Pobrecito Recreation Site, Butcher Jones Recreation site, Saguaro del Norte Recreation Site. Lower Salt River recreation sites: Water Users Recreation Site, Blue Point Recreation Site, Pebble Beach Recreation Site, Maricopa County Sheriff�s Office (Station 500), Maricopa County Blue Point Yard, Goldfield Administrative Site, Goldfield Recreation Site, Coon Bluff Recreation Site, Phon D Sutton Recreation Site, Granite Reef Recreation Site. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Prices contract, base year and four option years, using RFQ Best Value � Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).� This is a Full and Open Solicitation.� Using NAICS code 562111.� All offers will be considered.�� In order to be eligible for award of a Federal Contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov Site visit:� In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.237-1 SITE VISIT;�� interested parties or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
