- 70RSAT20RB0000003 is a Call under BAA HSHQDC-16-R-B00004.� This Call is for Advanced Checked Baggage Screening Systems.� This Call requires the submission of white papers.� White papers and full proposals shall be submitted through the S&T BAA Portal: https://baa2.st.dhs.gov/ A copy of BAA HSHQDC-16-R-B0004 is also attached for reference. Questions and Answers dated July 13, 2020 have been added to this annoucement. The deadline for receipt of white papers is extended through 5pm Eastern time on 7/20/20 to give Offerors time to double-check that they have properly submitted company to company agreements.� Offerors are reminded that they must submit a fully executed company to company agreement dated in 2020 with each white paper.� Please check that your submissions include these agreements.� July 30, 2020 - Dates in Section 5 of the BAA Call have been updated.� Notification of white paper evaluation results is anticipated to occur on 8/14/20.� August 13, 2020 - Dates in Section 5 of the BAA Call have again been updated.� Notification of white paper results is anticipated to occur on or before 8/19/20.� The full proposal due date is now 9/8/2020.� August 20, 2020� - White paper notifications have been sent out for all TTAs.� Please contact CBT20Call@hq.dhs.gov if you have not received one or if you have any questions.� Full proposals remain due 9/8/20.� Full proposals shall be in compliance with all full proposal requirements listed in HSHQDC-16-R-B0004.
