Market research was conducted and given the scope of the contract, Staley is the only small business vendor that can provide supplies and services necessary to meet this requirement. The signage will be fully customizable via remote access that can be updated as often as necessary. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the statement of work (SOW) below, except as may otherwise be specified. Brand name or equal substitute is acceptable. Provide and install a complete and functional public display digital signage system for all locations Install (1) wall mounted LED public display monitor for each of the 21 digital signage systems *There are currently six (6) TV s already installed. Those six only need media players. Contractor shall log into website and bring each sites media player online. 7 to install at Montrose 7 to install at Castle Point 7 to be installed throughout the community with 1 going in at each of the following zip codes: 10512, 12567, 10924, 12701, 10956, 12771, 12603 Unbox and test each display prior to install Install wall mounts at display location Install display brackets on displays Install displays on the wall mounts Install shuttle media player, connect network, video, and power cables Turn on and test video on all displays Test displays for video and communication Cable manage all cables on all displays Clean up area Materials, Equipment, Training: Contractor shall provide all displays, media players and video cables. Contractor shall supply all mounts, necessary screws, bolts and/or other mounting hardware for display mounting, LAN patch cables, and Velcro/cable ties for neatly dressing the cabling behind the displays. Contractor will train new users to effectively utilize the software platform as intended. Training for new users to be scheduled and completed via a web training session. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to August 31st, 2020. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
