- Purchase of Perseus A500 Anesthesia Recording/Monitoring Devises from the Draeger Infinity product line to support the standardized Medical Device Integration within the Defense Health Agency under guidance published in November 2017. �In that guidance, the Director, DHA established criteria for medical devices that included 1) readiness for MHS GENESIS implementation, 2) adherence to MHS GENESIS compatibility and cyber compliance, and 3) standardization across regional organizations.� Purchase is intended to replace existing, non-compliant Anesthesia Recording Monitors located at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. All capability statements received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government and considered. Comments must be received no later than (NLT) at 3 pm EST by the response date of this notice. However, the Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate experience and expertise to provide the services identified above within the�required time frame without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. The statement shall include business size, ability to self-perform work, layers of subcontracting, and any other information indicating a legitimate ability to meet these specific requirements. The statement should not exceed five (5) pages in length, and written inquiries may be addressed to sherri.m.hoskins.mil@mail.mil.� �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A copy of the Justification and Approval will be posted no later than fourteen (14) days after award.
