- Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with Relias, LLC. of Morrisville, NC to provide Medical Education Services that include CE Direct certifications for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHS) in 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando Florida, 32827. The performance period will be for 12 months. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 611430; FY20.09C 06/18/2020, FAC 2020-06 06/05/2020. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information, as well as references from other customers who are using these services to provide the CE Direct certification, to the Contracting Officer as stated below. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements, specifically demonstrating access to the CE Direct software and training certificates denoting successful completion and certification to maintain the above referenced certifications. This information may be used for future procurement strategies. Questions or comments to this notice of intent must be received by August 27, 2020 at 2pm (EST).
