-THIS PROJECT IS RESERVED FOR HUBZONE FIRMS UNDER FAR 19.1305 -� A STIPEND WILL NOT BE PAIR FOR PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL �-FAR 36.204 MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT (D) BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000 - THIS PROJECT INCORPORATES THE DAVIS-BACON WDOL FOR WINSTON COUNTY, AL 3553 - THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 237310; SB SIZE STANDARD IS $39.5M - SITE VISIT: 27 AUG 2020; 1100-1330HRS CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (SEE SECTION l FOR DETAILS) TURN-KEY Design Build Brushy Creek Culvert Replacement_NFSR 254 Architectural and Engineering (A/E) and Construction services (Contractor) to provide one aquatic organism passage (AOP) design and construction replacement (Design/Build) of an existing culvert in accordance with 2017 AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications for waterway crossings on road owned by the US Forest Service. The USDA Forest Service Southern Region, Bankhead National Forest in Alabama, near Double Springs, AL, is�soliciting proposals for the award of a design build contract. Design/build (or design/build, and abbreviated D/B or D/B accordingly) is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. The project will consist of the design and reconstruction of the Brushy Creek Culvert Replacement. Building and Site. The project includes multi-disciplinary design based upon a USDA Forest Service-provided conceptual design, which will be finalized into a complete set of construction drawings, specifications, schedule of items, and construction cost estimates, and includes the building and site design that is compliant with all building codes, agency space policy, security requirements, and agency requirements as outlined.
