GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania� City: Bloomsburg Delineated Area: North: Interstate I-80 from Pennsylvania Route 42 to Neufer Hill Road East: Neufer Hill Road from Interstate I-80 to US Route 11 South: US Route 11 from Neufer Hill Road to Poplar Street to 10th Street to Port Noble Drive to 11th Street to Sands Street to Fort McClure Boulevard West: Pennsylvania Route 42 from Fort McClure Boulevard to Interstate I-80 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,704 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,939 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office. The route from the primary or secondary street shall be direct. Locations which have obscure, difficult access shall not be considered. Contiguous, above ground, first floor space preferred. The space offered should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow. Test fit may be required. Space configuration shall allow for a separate accessible employee entrance which provides access to the space without going through the public reception area. Column size cannot exceed two (2�) feet square and space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than 18.5 feet.
