- Description
- This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center� (CC), Radiology & Imaging Sciences(R&IS), intends to enter into a contract on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 to procure a contract with computer engineering vendor (academic or commercial)� that is skilled in deep learning and medical image computing is required to further developing deep learning methods for a prototype a spatiotemporal enhanced US (stEUS).The sole source� requirement will be with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute 110 8th Street Troy, New York 12180-3522. If there are other sources able to supply the required material, they must respond by submitting a capability statement within 10 days of publication of this synopsis. �RESPONDENTS MAY SUBMIT THEIR CAPABILITY STATEMENTS VIA E-MAIL TO THE POINT OF CONTACT LISTED IN THIS NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541690, and the size standard is $16.5 employees. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns capable of providing the same or similar products or services as described in this notice may submit a capability statement outlining their capabilities. Capability Statements must be received within the time set forth in this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Each response should include the following Business Information a.
