Description
Synopsis: � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with�FAR Part 13 and Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;�quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-8, August 13, 2020.� This acquisition is conducted under the procedures as prescribed in FAR subpart 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures at an amount not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. �STATUTORY AUTHORITY �This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.106-1 (b) (1), Soliciting from a single source and is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracts awarded using FAR Part 13-SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6-Competition Requirements. �The solicitation number is�HHSNCCOPC20-011675 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 11:00 a.m.� Eastern Standard Time(EST) on Thursday, August 29, 2020. ���The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is�811219 and the small business size standard is�$22.0 employees.� The National Institutes of Health Clinical center intends to procure a full service contract for the dialysis in the acute dialysis center. �The specific Statement of Work and equipment maintenance�requirements�are attached to this notice. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Medical Surgical and Bariatric Patient Beds replacements as defined in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide specific detail response to the� requirements listed in the statement of Work. Interested offerors shall submit�quotations electronically to Gail Akinbinu(gakinbinu@nih.gov), Contract Specialist via email no later than August 29, 2020 11:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The deadline for questions via email only�will be no later than August 24,2020 11:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Each response should include the following Business Information: a. DUNS number and tax identification number. b. Company Name, address, POC, Phone and Email address c. Current GSA Schedules or NAICS codes appropriate to this Award. d.
