- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to provide a comprehensive, integrated Employee Assistance (EAP) and WorkLife program with services that include in-person, telephonic, videoconference, webinars and on-line consultation and problem solving for a wide range of personal, wellness, and Worklife concerns. Additionally, educational and motivational activities; referral, monitoring, and follow-up services; behavioral health consultation and coaching; crisis intervention; management consultation and support; and union briefing services are also to be provided. These services are currently provided to over 500,000 federal employees. Services shall be accessible through a single Call Center and shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. The program shall include access to a national affiliate counselor network, WorkLife resources and web-based resources. There are emerging needs for this requirement; some already established, others arising, and additional needs are expected to develop in the future.� It can be challenging to predict specific emerging needs; therefore, the flexibility and capacity of the Contractor to address these needs is most imperative. This is a dynamic environment encompassing quality of life support systems for civil servants and their dependents. The evolving needs of customer agencies may drive modification of the integrated EAP-WorkLife program to satisfy such in a rapidly changing environment. The Government intends to issue a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity�IDIQ for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
