- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The MCIEAST Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Immix Technologies, Inc., (CAGE Code: 3CA29) 8444 Westpark Dr, Ste. 200, McLean, VA. 22102-5112, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a contract for four (4) Creo Enterprise SE with Windchill PDMLink software, licenses, and support; two (2) Creo Advanced Simulation Extension software, licenses, and support; two (2) Creo Flexible Modeling Extension software, licenses, and support; and one (1) Creo Intelligent Fastener Extension software, licenses, and support. Market research has revealed the Department of the Navy (DON) is the designated Enterprise Software Initiative lead for all PTC products to include Creo software products.� Immix Technology holds the ESI-BPA agreement to allow procurement of this PTC software, therefore being the only authorized re-seller/source of this PTC software. �For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from Immix Technologies, Inc., (CAGE Code: 3CA29), the only authorized re-seller of the Creo products. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.�� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
