Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to the University of Chicago for subscription renewal for the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) database.� The contractor shall provide Data Subscription Services for the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) database for PBGC�s Policy Research and Analysis Department (PRAD). The data subscription services include the following databases: 1.�������� CRSP 1925 US Indices Database. 2.�������� CRSP Monthly Treasury Database. 3.�������� CRSP Survivor-Bias Free Mutual Fund Database. The Period of Performance is one (1) twelve (12) month Base Period. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a Notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Deneen Ferguson-Abrams Deneen �at Ferguson-Abrams.Deneen@pbgc.gov�and Olena Evans at Evans.Olena@pbgc.gov no later than August 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The PBGC will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information.�Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
