Description

Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of propane to 354 National Park Service (NPS) owned tanks at more than 100 individual locations throughout Yosemite National Park. Reference the Scope of Work within Section C of the Request for Quotation for full requirement. The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-08 (effective August 13, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0032, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 211130 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is full and competition and will result in a firm fixed price, with economic price adjustment, purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-1449 solicitation form, there are four attachments; Attachment 01 (Tank List), Attachment 02 (Quote/Pricing Sheet, Attachment 03 (DOL Wage Determination), and Attachment 04 (Experience and Past Performance Form). The government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers and are listed in order of descending importance: price, technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON Thursday, September 2, 2020. Only emailed quotes will be accepted. Quotes must be submitted by email directly to lisa_henson@nps.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to lisa_henson@nps.gov and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., ""140P8520Q0032 QUESTION."" Questions must be received by August 26, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. (PT). THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION. The Standard Form 1449 together with all three attachments, make a complete solicitation package. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
