- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0720Q0032. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, effective August 13, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 332420, Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Mfg and the business size standard is 750 Employees. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes to purchase a residential heating fuel tank with the following specifications: 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE COMPONENTS Provide one 500 gallon heating oil storage tank system, delivered FOB to the USFWS quarters called the Jankowski House at Jackie Circle Road Tok, Alaska 99780. 1.2 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION A. With proposal Contractor shall provide initial shop drawings and appurtenance data with sufficient details to prove they meet government requirements. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Entire tank system with markings 2. Coating system 3. Normal vents 4. Emergency vents 5. Anti-siphon valve 6. Interstitial leak detection indicator 7. Fuel quantity gauge B. At award Contractor shall provide final detailed shop drawings and appurtenance product data to include manufacturer�s literature, printed installation instructions, diagrams, test results and parts list for review and COTR acceptance. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Entire tank system with markings 2. Coating system 3. Normal vents 4. Emergency vents 5. Anti-siphon valve 6. Interstitial leak detection indicator 7. Fuel quantity gauge Additional information is provided on the attached SF1449. Must provide sufficient data to determine technical acceptability. Delivery: Delivery shall be made to USFWS quarters called the Jankowski House at Jackie Circle Road Tok, Alaska 99780.no later than 06/30/2021. The basis for award is Best Value to the government.
